With QuickLaunch Smart Password ManagerTM, you can make the entire process of password reset simpler for your end-users. Smart Password ManagerTM allows end-users to easily reset their Active Directory password with additional options including email, SMS and Yubikey. As administrators, you can set defined security questions, determine which recovery options you want to enable for your end users to select from, set global parameters for password expiry notifications, integrate with multiple Active Directories and access real-time reports and analytics.

Yes, we have out-of-the-box support for multiple active directories.

You can either whitelist our IP addresses or we can setup a site-to-site VPN tunnel between two networks.

Yes, you do need a certificate as password reset happens over a secure port, requiring a selfsigned certificate or a valid certificate.

Yes, supports rule-based configuration on the basis of groups available in active directory. You have the option to make the factors mandatory or optional.

Upon first successful login, users will be redirected to security setup page wherein they can configure their factors.

NOTE: This could be made mandatory or optional. If this setting is made mandatory, the users won’t be able to perform any activity before completing their factor configuration.

Yes, you can pre-define your own questions for your users.

Users can either create their own questions or select from the pool of available questions but using administratively defined pool of questions is highly recommended.
